Iva Jovic enjoyed a productive 2025 and is now in the top 35 of the world rankings. She picked up her first WTA title in Guadalajara, while she also had moderate success in the WTA 1000 tournaments, making the third-round in both Cincinnati and Wuhan. Jovic is just 18 and will be hoping for further improvements this season.
She goes up against Gabriela Knutson in the first-round. The 28-year-old qualified for the tournament after wins over Leyre Romero Gormaz and Maja Chwalinska.
