Gold Coast Titans vs North Queensland Cowboys prediction

The Gold Coast Titans (17th) were well beaten by the Parramatta Eels last week, going down 36-20. They have struggled for consistency all season and have lost four of their last five games.

The North Queensland Cowboys (12th) have also faltered, having lost their last three matches. Their most recent defeat was a worrying 42-8 loss to the Sydney Roosters.

Titans speedster AJ Brimson has scored nine tries in thirteen games against North Queensland. Cowboys forward Jeremiah Nanai loves a try and has scored four in two games against the Titans.

The Cowboys have a dominant head-to-head record against the Titans, having won 21 of their 34 encounters. This includes a comprehensive 50-18 victory earlier this season.

This is a must-win game for both sides. The Titans will be looking to end their losing streak against the Cowboys, while the Cowboys will be desperate to get their season back on track.

If the dangerous Titans show up we can see an upset on the cards in a high scoring contest.
