Gold Coast Titans vs Brisbane Broncos prediction

The Gold Coast Titans (17th) are coming off a bye and are desperate to find some joy in a difficult season. They have only won one of their last five games, that was back in Round 15 against Manly.

The Brisbane Broncos (5th) are in scintillating form, having won four straight matches. Their last outing was a strong 22-18 win against the Canterbury Bulldogs in Round 18.

Winger Phillip Sami has been a consistent attacking threat for the Gold Coast, leading the team's try-scoring list with 9 tries. Alofi Khan-Pereira has also provided a try scoring boost after his lengthy injury layoff but he goes back to the extended bench this week.

Veteran Broncos halfback Adam Reynolds has been the mastermind behind their recent surge, expertly guiding the team while amassing 132 points for the season.

Brisbane recorded a comprehensive 44-14 thrashing in their last meeting in Round 14 this season but the Titans have won three out of the last four.

While the Titans are significantly strengthened by the return of Campbell and Fifita, the Broncos are in red-hot form and boast class and firepower across the entire park. The challenge looks too steep for the home side.
