THE PREDICTION
Both Hope Powell of Brighton and Carla Ward of Aston Villa have made clear their ambitions to significantly strengthen this summer in a bid to push on in the WSL. Villa have signed England international Rachel Daly for example, whilst Brighton have brought in Greek forward Veatriki Sarri. However, a number of players have departed the Seagulls who did well for them last season and it is likely to take Powell time to establish her best starting XI and integrate her new players. This should work in Aston Villa’s favour here and they are more than capable of gaining at least a point, if not all three in this one. Back the visitors to do just that via the double chance market.
