THE PREDICTION
For bottom of the table Bristol City the equation is simple, victory away at Brighton combined with an Arsenal win at home to Aston Villa would see the Robins leapfrog Villa and stay up at their expense. The visitors have not won in their last six WSL games, but gave a good account of themselves in their 0-1 defeat vs Man Utd this past weekend and with nothing to lose here, should give it a real good go against Brighton. An offensive playstyle from Bristol City may see them gain some success against a Seagulls side who have conceded five goals in their most recent two fixtures, however Brighton themselves will likely be afforded chances on the counter attack and will be confident of capitalising on any extra space inside the opposition half having scored in four of their last five home games in all competitions, winning those four matches. Whilst the outcome of this one could go either way, both teams to score is expected and looks like proving the shrewd play.
