THE PREDICTION
Slovenian champions Mura host A Lyga winners Zalgiris after both were knocked out of the Champions League at the second qualifying round stage. Mura however, at least put up a good fight after holding Ludogorets to a draw at home before losing the second leg in Bulgaria. Zalgiris meanwhile, were defensively overwhelmed by Hungarian side Ferencvaros, who racked up five goals and two comfortable victories across both legs vs the Lithuanians. Whilst Mura may start this contest as favourites, they have endured a very poor start to the season having picked up one point from their opening three domestic league games alongside their Champions League exit. With confidence likely low within the home camp, Zalgiris could well frustrate their opponents and are capable of picking up at least a draw in this first leg, so consider the visitors double chance.
