THE PREDICTION
In the battle between the two French clubs, it was PSG who prevailed against Lyon via the away goals rule and booked their place in the Champions League semi-final where they will meet Barcelona. The Catalan giants overcame Man City, although in the second leg of their quarter-final the WSL side did inflict Barcelona’s first defeat since losing the Supercopa Femenina on penalties to Atletico Madrid in January. Since that quarter-final second leg, Barcelona have won their following three games and racked up a whopping 22 goals in the process. PSG however, currently top their domestic league and will prove their toughest opponents yet with home advantage in the French side’s favour. Both of these two clubs failed to keep a clean sheet in their respective quarter-final second legs and with the amount of attacking quality on show here from each side, both teams to score should be backed.
