Atletico sit second in Group A on four points, but Lokomotiv Moscow would overtake them if they were to pull off a surprise victory here in Spain. Diego Simeone’s men have endured a difficult UEFA Champions League campaign thus far, having conceded seven goals in their first three group games as their usual defensive solidity averted them.
