THE PREDICTION

Unal Karaman’s Goztepe come into this on the back of a 2-2 draw with ten man Sivasspor prior to the international break. That draw means that the hosts remain winless having drawn two and lost one so far this season. They now come up against the champions of a couple of seasons ago in Istanbul Baseksehir. The once heavily backed Baseksehir have lost a few key players and their form last season saw them flirt with relegation for much of the campaign. They have begun this year’s edition much in a similar way. They are also winless after four games having shared a goalless draw with Yeni Malatyaspor on the opening day of the season but lost each game since. A low-scoring draw, given each team’s poor form, would look the bet for this one.
