THE PREDICTION
Trabzonspor’s 1-0 victory against Erzurumspor last time out brought a sense of relief as much as anything to the club as it ended a five-match winless run. It wasn’t a very convincing performance overall, but it’s still very much a period of transition under Abdullah Avcı who took charge in November. A trip to the team who are propping up the table gives Trabzonspor an excellent chance to claim three more points as the hosts have just two points to show from their previous seven league games this season. Ankaragucu’s 3-1 defeat against Goztepe last weekend resulted in the departure of Fuat Capa, it’s hard to see that change making too much difference to how they fare in this game though and Trabzonspor are tipped to edge what could be a scrappy contest.
