THE PREDICTION
Basel celebrated a 1-3 victory against St. Gallen on Sunday in their first competitive match since October 4th when they defeated Luzern and they now have the incentive of knowing that a victory here would move them to within one point of the league leaders Young Boys. Zurich were without a game at the weekend due to several cases of coronavirus within Servette’s squad and so this is their first outing since they ended a 11-match winless run with a 1-4 victory against Vaduz. That triumph may have given them a much-needed boost, but the chances of them earning back-to-back wins look to be rather slim. Basel have won four of the last five meetings between these two teams by a margin of at least three goals and they are tipped to record another comfortable victory this time out too.
