THE PREDICTION
The home team come into this on the back of a slender 1-0 win away to reigning champions Malmo last weekend. Goteborg had won their opening three matches of the season before a defeat and a draw in their last two as they sit just outside of the top three ahead of this weekend’s round of fixtures. They now come up against a Kalmar side that lost 2-1 against Norrkoping last weekend. The visitors have now suffered back-to-back defeats and three losses in their opening five games. Goteborg will come into this as firm favourites to get back on the winning track, especially with their home advantage.
