Despite finishing in second-place last season, Elfsborg did not start this campaign in the way they would have hoped for, losing 0-2 at home to Djurgarden. The onus is now on them to respond immediately and three points has to be target away at Varberg, a side who finished nine places and 14 points behind them in last season’s Allsvenskan.
