THE PREDICTION
After remaining in the Swedish top flight this season after winning last season’s relegation playoff, Kalmar were desperate to get this season off to a good start and they began with a respectable 0-0 draw at home to Ostersund. Here they will no doubt sense an opportunity to back that up with a priceless victory away at Degerfors, an opponent who could well prove to be a direct relegation rival as the season goes on.
