Kalmar’s crucial 0-1 win away to AIK last time out relegated Helsingborg and opened up a three-point gap between them and Falkenberg in the final automatic relegation spot heading into the final round of fixtures. However, despite needing just a point to ensure their place in the relegation playoff, Kalmar face one of the toughest challenges they could have faced in third placed Hacken. The visitors are in a fight to finish within the European spots and anything less than victory here could see Norrkoping leapfrog them into third place depending on their result vs Helsingborg. With so much at stake for both sides here, this is likely to prove an extremely tight contest.
