Logrones’ poor form in the league rubbed off on to them in the Copa del Rey in midweek as after losing their last five league matches in a row, they succumbed to lowly Amorebieta 1-0 on Wednesday. Their confidence has understandably been dented even further from that loss and it does not bode well for this trip to Malaga as they continue to slide down the Segunda standings. The hosts’ form in the league has been patchy having lost their last two but they responded in style in the cup midweek by hammering Coruxo 4-0 away from home. They have to be favoured to edge past this struggling Logrones side and take all three points here.
