THE PREDICTION
Both of these teams were involved in the play-offs in August so ultimately saw their new season delayed by a couple of weeks which did not help either side when coming up against sharper teams. They have however both settled into the new season now and are playing somewhere closer to the levels they would expect. Girona especially have clicked into gear nicely now having won four of their last five games and their only defeat came when they had a played sent off against Lugo when the scoreline was goalless.
