THE PREDICTION

This Andalusian derby is between two sides that still have something to play for with two games to go. Manuel Pellegrini’s Real Betis come into this on the back of an impressive 3-0 hammering of Valencia last weekend. They now come up against a Granada side that, under the management of Aitor Karanka, have improved recently and they are unbeaten in their last four matches as they sit outside of the bottom three and the relegation places. Given that Betis had been in some average form prior to that win, a low-scoring encounter is expected for this one as Karanka attempts to shut down the UEFA Champions League hopefuls.
