THE PREDICTION
The home side come into this on the back of their first defeat since September which ended an unbeaten run of 17 matches in all competitions. Despite this impressive run, it is reminiscent of Unai Emery’s Arsenal in his first season - it is almost identical. Some fortunate wins and too many draws. This is shown that, despite that unbeaten run, they have now won just one game in seven Liga games. They play a Levante side who have switched from fairly conservative at the start to very fun now. They began the season scoring just five goals in their opening four games. Since then, they have now scored in all but one of their 10 games - that won game against Barcelona in which they played extremely well. A 4-3 win over Betis just after Christmas now means they have lost just one of their 10 games; a run that includes impressive victories over Getafe and Real Sociedad, as well as Betis. Both teams to score looks a likely bet for this one as Villarreal have the general quality to score whilst Levante actually try to score.
