THE PREDICTION
An entertaining opening half-an-hour against Osasuna contributed to Valencia going 3-1 down at Osasuna. Despite recent form pretty much assuring their place in La Liga next season, they are now winless in four and sit just above the six-team relegation battle. They come up against an Alaves side on the back of two hugely important wins against Huesca and Villarreal which has ended a long, winless run that had seen them fade to almost certain relegation. Given that form, and Valencia’s propensity to score at least one like they have done in seven of their last eight, both teams to score seems a strong bet for this one.
