Sevilla come into this game on the back of a positive run prior to the international break. A disastrous February and March in which they were knocked out of the Copa del Rey, title race and Champions League has come to an end with a win in the Seville derby, a win against Elche and a point at Real Valladolid. They are against an Atletico side without Champions League distraction as well and a side doing their best to lose the league lead they had built up.
