THE PREDICTION
Whisper it and tread very carefully but Barca are showing some signs of competency. Since defeat at Atletico Madrid a fortnight ago, they have played three in all competitions; they’ve won them all whilst scoring 11 and not conceding. The reasons to tread very carefully would be the opposition. Dynamo Kiev, Ferencvaros and Osasuna aren’t opponents that Barcelona will want to measure themselves against in the long-term. Cadiz aren’t quite as open and ambitious as the aforementioned sides. Albeit newly-promoted and with a tenth of the technical quality of Barcelona, their style of play upsets others and works for them. However, they are yet to win at home this season. That record is unlikely to change as the Catalans arrive with a rested Lionel Messi and in-form Antoine Griezmann, Barcelona will be favoured to make it back-to-back wins for the first time this season in La Liga.
