THE PREDICTION
Barcelona fell to yet another La Liga defeat away to Cadiz last week and it means the Catalans are languishing in mid-table with genuine concern over Champions League qualification for next season. On top of consistently below par and lacklustre league performances, they were also hammered 3-0 at home to Juventus which means they finished second in their group and now means they’re likely to be underdogs in the Last 16. It is a mess. They are up against a Levante side who are now unbeaten in six matches - the first five of that run being 1-1 draws; which is remarkable. Last time out they battered Getafe 3-0 in a game whereby they really should’ve scored more. Getafe had a man sent off early but Levante were already 1-0 up by that stage and they dominated throughout. Levante will be stubborn opposition but it really would be getting on ridiculous if Barca were to drop more points this weekend. BTTS is a safe bet as Barcelona have been comically bad in defence recently whilst the away team have scored in all but three of their games this season.
