THE PREDICTION
The Ukrainian Premier League has confirmed the league will not be able to finish this season after the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The atrocities being committed leave the continuation of the Russian Premier League in a surreal state and circumstances with managers, players and clubs in a general state of flux. Bear in mind that this league could be suspended at any stage given the ongoing situation. Ural Yekaterinburg come into this on the back of a thrilling and much-needed 3-2 win away to title challenging Dinamo Moscow last weekend, making it back-to-back victories in their fight against relegation. The home team begin this weekend’s round of fixtures still inside the bottom four. They now come up against a Spartak Moscow side that have underwhelmed throughout the campaign and they remain in the bottom-half of the table. Spartak did manage a 2-1 win at home to Krylya Sovetov last weekend. Both teams scoring looks a good bet for this one.
