THE PREDICTION
Lokomotiv Moscow have shored things up in defence after a worrying run of form which saw them concede nine goals in three consecutive league games in late October and early November. They have kept clean sheets in their last two league outings but manager Marko Nikolic will still be displeased at their mid-table position and will be aware that one win in their last ten games in all competitions is simply not good enough. They are likely to play a more expressive style of football here against a Rubin Kazan side they haven’t lost to in the last nine meetings between the two teams. The visitors pulled off a superb win over high-flying CSKA last time out though, and will be full of confidence, so expect both teams to find the net in this one.
