Sporting Braga have not started the new Primeira Liga season as well as they would hope and they required a 90th-minute winner away at Moreirense last Friday to avoid a shock draw. They have lost their only home game this season to title-rivals Sporting Lisbon in a repeat of their 2-1 Super Cup defeat but otherwise two wins on the road see them start this weekend’s fixtures in sixth place.
