THE PREDICTION
Despite their shock elimination in the Champions League qualifying, Benfica bounced back nicely last weekend with a 5-1 win at Famalicao in their opening league game. Jorge Jesus’ men were in sensational form and newcomers Waldschmidt, Everton, Nunez and Vertonghen all impressed in his new-look side. They welcome Moreirense who got off to a winning start last weekend at home to Farense but this will be a tough test for them. They claimed at draw in this fixture back in March but this is a different Benfica side and they could well find themselves on the receiving end of a comprehensive defeat.
