Guadalajara’s fine run of form continued as they were able to comfortably progress to the Apertura semi-finals thanks to a win over America. They won both legs of that quarter-final and have now won four straight matches, whilst they have also lost just one of their last nine games which should give them great confidence of overcoming Leon.
