THE PREDICTION
FC Seoul’s hopes of achieving a top six-six berth were dented by a 1-0 defeat against bottom club Incheon United in midweek, and they now come into this match against Daegu needing a positive result while relying on results elsewhere to go in their favour. Daegu have plenty of motivation for the points also as they are five points adrift of fourth place and a place in the top four is rewarded with a spot in the AFC Champions League play-off round. The visitors aren’t playing well at present though, and even though they ended a six-match winless run with a 3-2 victory over Seongnam on Wednesday the manner of their defending still left a lot to be desired, and one wouldn’t be confident in them being solid enough to claim three points here. A draw is the likely outcome - and it probably won’t be a suitable result for either team.
