Daegu were unable to maintain their unbeaten run as they suffered a loss to Sangju Sangmu last time out. That was their first loss in six matches and it came at a poor time as they take on in-form Pohang Steelers. The visitors continued their superb run of form as they made it four straight league wins with a 4-0 success against Ulsan last time out and they are now unbeaten in their last eight K League 1 matches.
