THE PREDICTION
Thiago Motta’s Spezia come into this on the back of a thrilling 4-3 defeat at home to Lazio at the weekend. The home team have now suffered three successive defeats as they sit firmly in mid-table. They now come up against an Atalanta side that have definitely regressed this season under Gian Piero Gasperini. The Bergamasci needed a late equaliser at home to bottom-of-the-table Salernitana last weekend. Both teams scoring and over 2.5 goals would appear a good bet for this one.
