The home team come into this on the back of a terrible start to the campaign. Since Massimiliano Allegri’s return to Juventus in the summer, they remain winless in the league after defeats to Empoli and Napoli followed an opening day 2-2 draw at Udinese; a game in which they had led by two goals to nil. They come up against an AC Milan side, Allegri’s former team, that returned to the UEFA Champions League in midweek for the first time in eight years. Their 3-2 defeat at Liverpool will not be overly criticised, especially after they have started the campaign with a 100% record in Serie A. A draw looks the most likely bet given that Juventus’ home advantage but poor form leaves it evenly matched.
