Udinese come into this season under the management of Luca Gozzi once again; this is Gozzi’s third season in the north east of Italy and that is the longest serving tenure since Francesco Guidolin’s four year spell ended in 2014. They have invested well this summer but will come up against the pre-season favourites for the title. Juventus have also added Manuel Locatelli to their ranks as well as bringing back Massimiliano Allegri as they look to recover from last season’s fourth placed finish. A fairly controlled and low-scoring away win is the likely result here.
