THE PREDICTION

Israel and Scotland renew acquaintances here having faced off in a UEFA Nations League tie last November, which ended in a narrow 1-0 victory to Israel. The home side once again welcome Steve Clarke’s men to Tel-Aviv, this time in a World Cup European Qualification fixture. Israel are winless after one round of games following their 0-2 loss to Denmark, whilst Scotland managed a more than respectable 2-2 draw at home to Austria. A very close encounter looks on the cards just like it was the last time these two teams collided. Whilst the match itself could go either way, goals are expected to be at a premium once again and therefore under 2.5 goals scored should be seriously considered.
