THE PREDICTION

Ukraine were unable to stop the rot as they suffered a third straight loss but they did at least shore up defensively having shipped 11 goals in their previous two matches. Their 1-2 reverse was a better showing but they will have to improve once again as they host Spain in this clash, the visitors arriving on the back of a 15-match unbeaten run. They edged Switzerland on Saturday having kept a third consecutive clean sheet and they can add another win to nil in this clash with Ukraine unlikely to trouble the Spaniards.
