THE PREDICTION

Both of these teams are coming off defeats in their opening matches of the 2020/21 UEFA Nations League so they will be desperate to bounce back here. Serbia were undone in Russia while Turkey were particularly disappointing going down 0-1 at home to Hungary. Both sides looked off the pace but they will benefit from the playing time. Turkey’s form in the last 18 months has been good so they will want to rekindle that and get a positive result here. That will not be easy in Serbia though and with the hosts equally fired up to respond, this could well lead to something of a stalemate.
