THE PREDICTION

Wales were unable to make it three wins in a row to begin their UEFA Nations League campaign as they played out a drab goalless draw with Republic of Ireland on Sunday. They will need to improve on that effort if they are to return to winning ways but Bulgaria are out of form which should play into the visitors’ hands. Bulgaria are without a win in their last five and have managed just one win in their last 18. Both teams have been short on quality in front of goal but owing to Bulgaria’s terrible record, Wales should be able to come out on top here.
