THE PREDICTION

Depending on ATK Mohun Bagan’s result vs Jamshedpur the day before this clash, Mumbai City could kick off this match against Bengaluru having been knocked off the top of the Indian Super League table. Regardless of the ATK result, Sergio Lobera’s side are expected to make a fast start to this match hoping that their potent attack can carry on their recent good form after scoring five goals over the course of their last two league games. The Mumbai defence has proven shaky in recent matches, but will be confident of playing themselves back into form vs a Bengaluru attack who have failed to score in their last two. Ultimately, Mumbai City are a superior all-round unit to their opponents and should pick up three points here relatively comfortably in the same way that ATK did last Tuesday.
