THE PREDICTION
Goa has seen all change heading into this season with former head coach Sergio Lobera leaving for Mumbai City and taking a number of key players with him. They have however brought in fresh faces, including highly rated 21-year-old forward Devendra Murgaonkar from Salgaocar FC. However, a transition period is likely to be expected from this side with new head coach Juan Ferrando needing time to install his style of play on the squad. This could lead to a slow start to the season, beginning against 2018/19 Indian Super League champions Bengaluru who have lost some notable players themselves such as Alberto Serran and Raphael Augusto. With both sides perhaps not as well drilled as each would like, an entertaining affair could be in the offing here. Taking that into account, over 2.5 goals scored should be considered.
