THE PREDICTION

Mumbai City secured their sixth Indian Super League victory of the season and their fifth clean sheet after beating Kerala Blasters 2-0 last time out. They can move into top spot, leapfrogging ATK Mohun Bagan in the process providing they avoid defeat here against Bengaluru. Mumbai will head into this match as favourites considering that Bengaluru have lost their last two matches without scoring a goal. A solid defensive foundation has proven key to the success of Sergio Lobera’s side so far this season and it would be a surprise if that were not to continue here, with Mumbai set to take advantage of Bengaluru’s recent frailties in front of goal by not only picking up three points, but also registering a third successive clean sheet.
