Only two points separated these two teams last season with both securing European football and a close contest is expected at Stadion An der Alten Försterei. Whilst Bayer Leverkusen are away from home, in striker Patrick Schick they have a striker in the form of his life after a memorable EURO 2020 campaign that saw the Czech Republic international finish as joint top scorer alongside Cristiano Ronaldo with five goals to his name.
