THE PREDICTION

Bundesliga table toppers FC Bayern Munich resume their Bundesliga campaign with a stiff examination against RB Leipzig. Since Marco Rose took over at Leipzig, they have got their season back on track after a bad start under Domenico Tedesco and won their last four league games prior to the World Cup break. However, the class and strength-in-depth of Bayern makes them formidable opposition as always and they have the only club to have recorded a double-figure number of victories in the Bundesliga so far this season. With home advantage in their favour though, the expectation is that RB Leipzig will try and go toe-to-toe with Bayern and it would be no surprise to see plenty of chances created by both sides, who are each without their respective first-choice-goalkeepers. With that in mind, back both teams to score.
