THE PREDICTION

After three rounds of Bundesliga fixtures, Wolfsburg are the only side remaining with a 100% record, as they sit top of the table having won three from three. No doubt they’ll be confident of extending that run here against Greuther Furth who have just a point to their name. Most worrying from the perspective of the hosts has been their defence, which has shipped nine goals across their three league games played. This doesn’t bode well for them against an extremely well drilled unit in Wolfsburg, who will prove very difficult for the hosts to fashion chances against. Mark van Bommel’s side certainly have the quality going forward to breach a fragile Greuther backline at least once and provided they maintain their defensive stability, then an away win is on the cards.
