THE PREDICTION

The signs looked promising for Borussia Monchengladbach after they held Bayern Munich to a 1-1 draw on the opening night of the season. Since then, they have lost their last two games and have spiralled right down the table. Both of those defeats however, were on their travels and Frank Kramer’s side will be delighted to have home advantage here against Arminia Bielefeld. The visitors have accrued three successive Bundesliga draws and are likely to keep bodies firmly behind the ball here, making it difficult for them to be broken down. Home advantage though, should play a crucial factor and Monchengladbach are expected to find a way past the visitors and ultimately emerge victorious.
