THE PREDICTION

Bayern Munich could not have asked for a better start to a new Bundesliga season and they continue to emphatically answer those who thought they may have struggled this time round. Three matches played, three wins, 15 goals scored and just one conceded. Their most recent outing saw them crush Bochum 0-7, but Borussia Monchengladbach should at least provide a stiffer challenge. The visitors come into this round of fixtures in second-place, picking up seven points from a possible nine and new head coach Daniel Farke has done an excellent job. However, Bayern represent a sizeable step up in quality and class all over the pitch and it’s hard not to see them picking up where they left off in Bochum. Expect another comprehensive triumph for Bayern by at least two clear goals.
