Werder Bremen extended their unbeaten run in the Bundesliga to five matches after drawing 1-1 away at Eintracht Frankfurt last time out, however that now means the last three of those five matches have ended in draws. They return home here to face Koln, who went down 1-2 at home to Bayern Munich last weekend and although Markus Gisdol’s men put up a brave fight against the reigning Bundesliga champions, they remain without a win in the league this season and sit 16th in the table.
