THE PREDICTION

Nurnberg’s hard-fought 2-2 draw away at Hamburg last weekend means that they remain the only 2. Bundesliga side yet to taste defeat this season. Hannover 96 meanwhile, most recently saw their two-match winning run come to an end against Sandhausen and whilst they were victorious in their last match on the road away at Holstein Kiel, Nurnberg represent much stiffer opposition. The home side’s record at Max-Morlock-Stadion has been excellent in 2021-22, picking up ten points from a possible 12 in front of their own fans and whilst Hannover 96 won’t prove the easiest unit to break down, Nurnberg have enough all-round quality across the pitch to edge out the visitors, so back them via the draw no bet market.
