Paris Saint-Germain come into this on the back of a 1-0 second-leg defeat to Bayern Munich but they progressed into the semi-finals of the Champions League on away goals. Despite impressive European form they remain indifferent in the league but did beat Strasbourg 4-1 away from home last weekend. They come up against an in-form Saint-Etienne side who have won three of their last four matches to move themselves into a mid-table position.
