THE PREDICTION
Nice had picked up just one point from a possible 12 prior to their win over Nimes on Wednesday night, a hugely welcome boost for new head coach Adrian Ursea. They will look to build on that result against Lyon, although it will prove a difficult challenge against a side that have picked up seven wins from their last nine Ligue 1 matches. Currently two points behind league leaders Lille, ‘Les Gones’ can’t afford a slip up here and it’s difficult to see them doing so in the form that they are currently in. No doubt Ursea’s side will make it hard for the visitors and the result won’t prove comprehensive, however Lyon with the likes of Memphis Depay and Houssem Aouar within their ranks have enough quality about them to overcome the challenge of Nice.
