Montpellier come into this on the back of a 1-1 draw away to Angers in the league and a trip to Voltigeurs de Chateaubriant in the French cup Round of 16. Their draw at Angers extended their unbeaten run to 11 matches in all competitions. They come up against a rejuvenated Marseille under new coach Jorge Sampaoli. Sampaoli’s record of three wins and one defeat in four matches is impressive but there is the classic Sampaoli extremes with a 3-0 defeat in the middle of that run. Both teams to score would be a good bet for this with Montpellier’s good form and Marseille’s ability to be both good and bad within matches.
